Rentals Dispatcher

Elite Waste Disposal Inc (Rental Division ) is accepting applications for a full time permanent Dispatcher for our growing Rental Division in our Grande Prairie office. This individual would be responsible for coordinating deliveries to various customers in the Grande Prairie and surrounding area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Making it understood that THE CUSTOMER IS OUR FIRST PRIORITY, and that each reporting employee is there to support that priority.
Receive calls for service from customers and assure timely delivery.
Ensue Drivers complete and submit on a timely basis accurate documentation for completed jobs.
Ensure trucks and rental units are adequately equipped and properly prepared before being sent out on jobs.
Identify training needs of drivers and swampers and recommend appropriate action to the operations manager.

Qualifications

Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Able to provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and employees.
Strong knowledge of the Grande Prairie and surrounding geographical area.
