Admittedly, Elite was not my first call after a sewer back up and the need to get my residential sump cleaned out.
I first contacted a competing company upon the recommendation of the plumbers who cleared the back up. After one no show and a week and a half of the “run around”, I went looking for a new service provider. I called Elite just after 8:00 on a Friday morning and they were at my home within the hour. The truck they had available had just finished up another job and headed out my way. I was so impressed with the professionalism not only of the dispatcher who took the time to understand what I needed and sent someone as soon as possible, but also the tech who came out to take care of the job itself. He took great care to minimize tracking in mud on a very rainy day, asked good questions, explained what he could do, was very polite and personable and gave me some advise on what to keep an eye on and products I could use to reduce the odor in the sump. Then, the following Monday I got a call from Elite, following up on my experience to make sure everything went okay.
I know the scope of the job I needed done was small potatoes. But Elite treated me just as well as what I expect they do for larger clients.
As a customer, I felt valued and truly appreciated. If you ever find yourself in need of the services Elite provides, I would highly, highly recommend they be your first call.

We used elite for washcar and porta-pottie rentals. They provided quality/clean equipment at a fair price. When clean-outs were requested they were very prompt in making it happen, even though we were located in a remote location.

Use these guys a lot for quick jobs good crews! Highly Recommend!
